There are 2 key areas to check in order to increase the sound
on your computer and we hope this information helps.
First please turn up the speakers attached to your computer AND....

(To find your Windows Version left click on start, right click on the word(s) computer or my computer
then left click on the word properties.
The version will be at the top of the new window that pops up in a section called system or windows edition)

If you have Windows XP


Left click on this sound icon located in the lower right hand corner of your computers main screen and make sure to slide the bar up to increase your volume by placing your mouse over the bar, holding down on the left side of your mouse and physically moving your hand up until you can hear at a comfortable level.


If you have Windows Vista

Left click on this sound icon located in the lower right hand corner of your computers main screen and make sure to slide the bar up to increase your volume by placing your mouse over the bar, holding down on the left side of your mouse and physically moving your hand up until you can hear at a comfortable level.


If you have Windows 7


Left click on this sound icon located in the lower right hand corner of your computers main screen and make sure to slide the bar up to increase your volume by placing your mouse over the bar, holding down on the left side of your mouse and physically moving your hand up until you can hear at a comfortable level.
